Starters

 

APPETIZERS

Soft Pretzels (regular or feature flavor): Locally forged pretzels with our own pub-made spicy beer mustard, honey beer mustard, or beer-infused cheese sauce.  1 pretzel  – 3.50.  3 pretzels – 8.50.

Spinach Tomato Dip: Fresh spinach sautéed in garlic and herbs, laced with roasted tomatoes and cream cheese.  Served warm with spicy toasts, chips, or both. – 6.50.

Cheese Plate: A Pub classic. A variety of cheeses, pub-made beer bread, herb & spice pub nuts, our pub-made spicy beer mustard, and seasonal fruit. – Market Price

Beer Chili Nachos: A heaping pile of nachos topped with our pub-made chili, beer cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, scallions, lettuce, and tomatoes. Sour cream and pub-made salsa served on the side. – 8.75.  Don't eat meat? Substitute chili with sloppy Joseph!

Hummus: Traditional or feature hummus of the week. Ask your server! Served with fresh tomatoes, carrots, and our spicy toasts, chips, or both. – 6.50.

Ale Chicken Quesadilla: A departure from the traditional quesadilla, with ale-marinated chicken, sautéed apples and leeks, sharp cheddar cheese, and rosemary applewood bacon. – 6.50.  Add sour cream or salsa – 0.50.

Veggie Quesadilla: Seasonal veggies, roasted peppers, fresh herbs, and sharp cheddar cheese bring a fresh new meaning to the word quesadilla.  Served with balsamic garlic-infused tomatoes. – 6.50.  Add goat cheese – 2. Add sour cream or salsa – 0.50.

Polish Pierogies: Pub-made pierogies made by the Polish man in the back!  Filled with a delicious seasoned blend of potatoes and cheese.  Sautéed in butter with caramelized onions. – 8.

OFBC spicy toasts are bite-sized toasts baked with olive oil, butter, paprika, cayenne, and other top-secret ingredients (the spice rack)!

 

SALADS

Field Greens Salad: Fresh field greens with toasted nuts, fresh apple slices, dried cranberries, pub-made croutons, goat cheese, and our ale honey Dijon dressing on the side. – 8.75.

Southwest Chicken Salad: Grilled chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, tomato, tri-color tortilla chips, diced peppers and onions, all on fresh field greens, with our buttermilk ranch on the side. – 9.75.

Spinach Caesar Salad: Fresh baby spinach leaves served with pub-made croutons and parmesan cheese.  Served with our pub-made Caesar dressing on the side. – 8.00.

Garden Salad: Fresh field greens with fresh veggies, pub-made croutons, and choice of dressing.  Small – 3.50.  Large – 6.50.

Add ale-marinated grilled chicken or portabella to any salad – 2.

Pub-made Dressings: Ale honey Dijon, buttermilk ranch, bleu cheese, Steve's sweet & sour, peanut vinaigrette, Caesar, ale balsamic Italian. (All dressings are made fresh in our own kitchen.)

Make any salad into a wrap!  Just ask.

 

SOUPS

Beer Chili: Beef chunks and spicy sausage cooked in beer and spices.  Melt in your mouth tender!  Spicy!  Topped with corn chips.  Cup – 4.  Bowl – 5.

Soup du Jour: Ask what Phill is cooking!  Cup – 3.  Bowl – 4.

 

Sandwiches & Burgers


All burgers & sandwiches come with a side of tortilla chips and beer cheese sauce beside a locally-forged garlic dill pickle.
Replace the chips with a small salad or cup of soup or chili – 1.50.

 

COLD SANDWICHES

Roasted Red Pepper and Turkey Sandwich: Ale-infused turkey breast roasted and sliced fresh daily, with sharp cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers, fresh field greens, fresh tomatoes, and pesto mayo on whole wheat bread. – 7.

Ham and Cheese Sandwich: Black forest ham with Swiss cheese, spicy mustard, parsley mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion served on whole wheat bread. – 7.50.

Cider Chicken Salad Sandwich: Ale-marinated chicken, bacon pieces, leeks, cranberries, tomato, toasted almonds, apples, parsley mayo, and fresh field greens, all on whole wheat bread. – 7.

Make any cold sandwich into a wrap!  Just ask.

 

WRAPS

Colossal Club Wrap: Ale-infused turkey breast, black forest ham, rosemary bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese, wrapped with pesto mayo, fresh field greens, and fresh tomatoes. Meaty! – 8.75.

Ranch BLT Wrap: Rosemary bacon, fresh field greens, tomatoes, and sharp cheddar cheese, wrapped in a flour tortilla with our house ranch dressing – 7.
Add ale-marinated grilled chicken – 2.

Fresh Veggie Wrap: Fresh field greens, tomatoes, roasted peppers, carrot shreds, and whatever seasonal fresh veggies we can cram in there, with sharp cheddar cheese and hummus or pesto mayo. All snuggled together in a fresh flour tortilla. – 7.

Spinach Wrap: Spinach, scallions, fresh peppers, diced almonds, goat cheese, and tomatoes, wrapped in a flour tortilla with our bleu cheese dressing – 7.
Add bacon – 1.  Add ale-marinated grilled chicken or portabella – 2.

Get any half cold sandwich, cup of soup or salad, and a soda. – 6.50.

HOT SANDWICHES

Ale Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Ale-marinated grilled chicken, with rosemary bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, fresh field greens, fresh tomatoes, and parsley mayo on our local pretzel roll. – 8.50.

The Big Jerk: Your choice of ale-marinated chicken or portabella mushroom, grilled with our spicy pub-made Jamaican jerk sauce, fresh field greens, tomatoes, red onion, and parsley mayo on our local pretzel roll. Spicy! – 8.50.

Grilled Portabella: Marinated in balsamic vinegar, soy, and ginger, grilled and served with fresh field greens, fresh tomatoes, and parsley mayo.  Served on our local pretzel roll. – 8.50.

Pulled Pork: Slow-cooked pork in a bed of pub-made coleslaw! Comes on our local pretzel roll, with sweet and spicy BBQ sauce on the side. – 8.75.

Mexican Chicken Sandwich: Spicy ale-marinated chicken breast char-grilled and served on toasted whole wheat bread with a cheesy mayo spread and salsa! Deliciously hot! – 8.50.

Prime Ribber: Slow roasted prime rib, thinly sliced, sautéed with onions, on an Amoroso roll, and topped with beer cheese! – 11.

Crab Cake Sandwich: One of our tasty pub-made crab cakes on a pretzel roll with parsley mayo, lettuce and tomato! – 9.

Meatball Mayhem: Pub-made meatballs drenched in our own signature marinara sauce and snuggled into an Amoroso bun.  Finished off with a delicate dusting of Parmesan cheese.  Sure to satisfy any meatball cravings! – 8.50.

Sloppy Joseph: This vegetarian sloppy creation consists of fresh vegetables, beans, and seasonings, and can be found open faced on grilled whole wheat bread and topped off with sharp cheddar cheese! – 8.50.

Cuban Sandwich: Seasoned pub-made pulled pork, black forest ham, Swiss cheese, and sliced pickles pressed on an Amoroso roll and served with cumin mayo. – 9.

 

SPECIALTY GRILLED CHEESE

Grilled Turkey Jerk: Ale-infused turkey breast roasted and sliced fresh daily, with our pub made jerk sauce and sharp cheddar cheese on whole wheat bread. – 8.25.

Grilled Turkey & Pesto: Ale-infused turkey breast roasted and sliced fresh daily, with pesto mayo, tomatoes, and sharp cheddar cheese on whole wheat bread. – 8.25.

Grilled Ham and Cheese: Carmelized onions, rosemary bacon, black forest ham, Swiss cheese, and our own pub mustard on whole wheat bread. – 8.25.

Grilled Spinach & Roasted Peppers: Sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers, sharp cheddar cheese, and pesto mayo on whole wheat bread. – 8.

Add rosemary bacon to any of the above – 1.

 

BURGERS

All burgers are half-pound burgers char-grilled to your liking with our ale-infused mix of herbs and spices, served on a fresh local pretzel roll with tortilla chips, beer cheese, and a garlic dill pickle.

Substitute any burger with ale-marinated grilled chicken or portabella.

The Purist: Fresh field greens, fresh tomatoes, red onion, parsley mayo, and spicy beer mustard. – 7.50.

Smokin' Tex Mex: Mesquite seasoned burger with jalapeno mayonnaise, field greens, tomatoes, onion, and an avocado and sour cream sauce.  A hot mess! – 9.

Bleu Jerk Burger: Bleu cheese dressing, pub-made jerk sauce, rosemary bacon, field greens, fresh tomatoes, red onion, parsley mayo, and spicy beer mustard. – 9.

Greek Fusion Burger: Seasoned burger smothered in a creamy feta cheese and spinach concoction, and topped off with roasted red peppers! – 9.

Add Ons: Sautéed onions, roasted red peppers – 0.50 each.  Rosemary bacon, goat cheese – 1 each.

Burger Preparation:
Rare – red cool center; Med Rare – red warm center; Medium – pink hot center; Med Well – slightly pink center; Well Done – broiled throughout.  Consuming raw or undercooked meat can be hazardous to your health.

ENTREES

All entrees are served with your choice of soup or salad.

Ribeye Steak: Fresh, in-house cut 12 oz. ribeye steak, char-grilled.  Brushed with beer butter and seasonings.  Served with assorted sautéed veggies and rice. – 14.

Surf & Chirp: Char grilled chicken breast with lump crabmeat topped with an orange cream sauce. Served with assorted sautéed veggies and rice. – 13.50.

Crab Cakes: Two 4 oz pub made crabcakes with a whole lot of crabmeat and seasonings – little filling and lots of flavor! Don’t forget to ask for tartar or cocktail sauce! Served with assorted sautéed veggies and rice. – 13.50.

Creamy Beer Vegetables: A selection of fresh vegetables sautéed and finished with an OFBC original creamy beer sauce, served over rice. – 10.
Add chicken or portabella. – 2.

Grilled Chicken: Ale-marinated chicken breast with your choice of seasoning: mesquite, Montreal, Old Bay, or plain. Char-grilled and
served with assorted sautéed veggies and rice. – 12.

KIDS MENU

Kids' Grilled Cheese Sandwich: Just what it says!  Sharp cheddar cheese grilled on City Girl Bakery bread.  Served with a small pile of tortilla chips and a pickle. – 3.50.  Add rosemary bacon – 1.

Kids' Hot Dog: Almost as good as at the ballpark!  A grilled hot dog served with a small pile of tortilla chips and a pickle. – 4.

Kids' Spaghetti and Meatballs: A plate of spaghetti with sauce and pub-made meatballs. – 4.

Kids' Burger: Quarter-pound burger with sharp cheddar cheese.  Served with a small pile of tortilla chips and a pickle. – 4.50.
