Brewers Reserve Series 2017

We launched the Brewers Reserve Series to give us a chance to explore our own creativity, blurring the lines between art and science. All natural, nothing artificial ever, made in small batches with our own hands, resulting in something rare and special. The result is a deep, layered, artisanal representation of our passion for all things fermented. Bottle conditioned with live yeast. Chill before serving.

Tripel Cerise

A Belgian Tripel with Montmorency tart cherry juice added, offering a complex bouquet of peppery phenols and fruity esters, flavors of honey-malt sweetness and tart cherry, and a dry finish. 10.5% alc by vol.

Dry Hopped Saison

A pale and refreshing Saison, dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra, with aromas of citrus (lemon, tangerine, and grapefruit), melon, and fresh berries, an intense hop character, and a crisp finish. 7% alc by vol

Imperial IPA

Hopped with Azacca, Eldorado, Pekko, Mosaic and Amarillo, it displays a strong fresh citrus, intense lemon, slight herbal (thyme & sage), and a hint of pineapple/tropical fruit aroma with clean bitterness lingering after the dry finish. 9.5% alc by vol
