Join us for a private dinner party hosted by Brewmaster Darren and Head Chef Tom as they walk you through facts of their trade and present pairings of exclusive recipes, never to be released to the public!

~Exclusive pairings~


Petit Poivre – a peppery, tart, traditional Belgian Saison with a dry, slightly bitter finish, 7.0% alcohol by volume,

paired with: Organic Gibbs Farm Greens with shaved asparagus, and house cured bresaola and duck egg, with a honeydew vinaigrette.


Hop Juice – an intensely dry hopped India Pale Ale with just a touch of bitterness, 6.3% alcohol by volume,

paired with: Cast Iron Seared Scallops over marinated grilled potato, topped with tomato jam, and fried lotus root, in a light ginger citrus broth.


Strawberry Rhubarb Tart – aroma and flavor of strawberry with a tart rhubarb finish, 5.0% alcohol by volume, paired with: White Chocolate Creme Brulee Cheese Cake with fresh berries, mint whipped cream, toasted almonds, and rhubarb syrup.
