A traditional German Leipziger sour wheat ale. Brewed with just wheat malt and pilsner malt, we added a mixed culture of Lactobacillus. It was finished with some German Hallertauer Perle hops, pink Himalayan sea salt, and fresh ground coriander. 5.3% ABV.
