Locally sourced single origin malt from Double Eagle Malts, along with fresh hops picked from Rob Nemchik's backyard hop farm! Great fresh hop flavor and aroma, we started picking the hops at 7 am and threw them in the kettle at 2 pm...how's that for fresh!
