APPETIZERS

Soft Pretzels (regular or inquire about feature flavor): Locally forged pretzels with our own pub-made spicy beer mustard, honey beer mustard, or beer-infused cheese sauce.  1 pretzel  – 3.50.  3 pretzels – 8.

Sausage Skewers: Two skewers of beer-braised smoked sausage, peppers and onions. Grilled and served with spicy beer mustard and beer cheese sauce. – 6.50.

Hummus: Hummus of the week - ask your server. Served with fresh tomatoes, carrots, and our spicy toasts. – 6.50.

Cheese Plate: A Pub classic, a variety of cheese, fresh local City Girl bread, herb & spice pub nuts, our pub-made spicy beer mustard, and seasonal fruit. – M.P.

Spinach Tomato Dip: Fresh spinach sautéed in garlic herbs, laced with roasted tomatoes and cheese.  Served warm with OFBC spicy toasts. – 6.

Veggie Quesadilla: Seasonal veggies, roasted peppers, fresh herbs, and our featured local cheese bring a fresh new meaning to the word quesadilla.  Served with diced, balsamic, and garlic-infused tomatoes. – 6.50.  Substitute goat cheese, add – 2.

Ale Chicken Quesadilla: Once again a departure from the traditional quesadilla, with ale-marinated chicken, sautéed apples and leeks, our featured local cheese, and rosemary applewood bacon. – 6.50.

Beer Cheese Nachos: A heaping pile of nachos topped with spicy beef & beans, beer cheese, jalapenos, and onions. Sour cream and pub-made salsa served on the side. – 8.75.

Drunk & Dirty Shrimp/Mussels:Shrimp or mussels sauteed in our own beer, herb butter, and Cajun spices. Served in a bowl with a hunk of bread to swab up the mess. – 9.50.

OFBC spicy toasts are bite-sized toasts baked with olive oil, butter, paprika, cayenne, and other top-secret ingredients (the spice rack)!

SALADS

Field Greens Salad: Fresh field greens with toasted nuts, fresh pear slices, dried cranberries, croutons, goat cheese, and our ale honey Dijon dressing. – 8.75.

Southwest Steak Salad: Field greens, crunchy tortilla strips, grilled steak, peppers, onions, cheddar cheese, and our buttermilk ranch on the side. – 9.50.

Fresh Thai Salad: Fresh field greens with fresh veggies and peanuts.  Served with spicy peanut vinaigrette. – 7.

Garden Salad: Fresh field greens with fresh veggies, croutons, and choice of dressing. – 2.50.  Large – 6.50.

Add to any salad: Ale-marinated grilled chicken – 2.  Ale-marinated steak or shrimp – 4.

Dressings: Ale honey Dijon, buttermilk ranch, ale balsamic Italian, peanut vinaigrette, orange curry, bleu cheese. (All dressings are made fresh in our own kitchen.)

Beer Chili: Beef chunks and spicy sausage cooked in beer and spices.  Melt in your mouth tender!  Spicy!  Served over a bed of corn chips.  Cup – 3.  Bowl – 5.

Cold Sandwiches


All burgers & sandwiches come with a side of tortilla chips and beer cheese sauce beside a locally-forged garlic dill pickle.
Replace the chips with a small salad or cup of soup or chili – 1.50.

 

COLD SANDWICHES

Roasted Red Pepper and Turkey Sandwich: Ale-infused turkey breast roasted and sliced fresh daily, with our featured local cheese, roasted red peppers, crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and pesto mayo on local City Girl Bakery bread. – 6.50

OFBC Ham and Cheese: Black forest ham and our featured local cheese, with our spicy ale mustard, crisp lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, and parsley mayo on local City Girl Bakery bread. – 6.50.

Cider Hibiscus Chicken Salad: Ale-marinated chicken, bacon pieces, diced veggies, toasted almonds, apples, parsley mayo, crisp lettuce, and Jamaican hibiscus flowers on local City Girl Bakery bread. – 6.75.

WRAPS

Colossal Club Wrap: Ale-injected turkey breast, black forest ham, rosemary bacon, and our featured local cheese. Wrapped with pesto mayo, spring mix, and fresh tomatoes. Meaty! – 8.75.

Ranch BLT Wrap: Bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and our featured local cheese, wrapped in a flour tortilla with our house ranch dressing – 7.
Add ale-marinated grilled chicken – 2.

Fresh Veggie Wrap: Fresh field greens, tomatoes, roasted peppers, carrot shreds, and whatever seasonal fresh veggies we can cram in there, with our featured local cheese and black bean hummus or pesto mayo. All snuggled together in a fresh flour tortilla. – 6.50.

Spinach Wrap: Spinach, scallions, fresh peppers, diced almonds, goat cheese, and tomatoes, wrapped in a flour tortilla with our bleu cheese dressing – 7.

The Big Jerk: Your choice of ale-marinated chicken, portabella mushroom, or ale-infused herb burger, grilled with our spicy pub made Jamaican jerk seasonings, crisp lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and parsley mayo on our local fresh herb roll. Spicy! – 8.50.

Grilled Portabella: Marinated in balsamic vinegar, soy, and ginger, grilled and served with crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and parsley mayo.  Served on our local fresh herb roll. – 8.50.

Chicken Satay Wrap: Ale-marinated chicken brushed and grilled in a spicy satay sauce, fresh field greens, tomatoes, carrots, fresh peppers, and scallions, all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. – 8.50.

Sausage Sandwich: Our grilled beer-braised smoked sausage on a fresh Amoroso roll, with our pub-made spicy beer mustard.  Be creative and top it with what you’d like from the add-ons below. – 6.75.  Add beer cheese sauce and sautéed onions and peppers. – 1.50.

Pulled Pork: Slow-cooked pork in a bed of pub-made coleslaw on a locally forged fresh herb roll, with sweet and spicy BBQ sauce on the side. – 8.75.

The Prime Ribber Sandwich: A fully loaded prime rib sandwich!  Prime rib, sauteed peppers and onions, topped with our beer cheese sauce, all on a fresh Amoroso roll. – 10.

Grilled Turkey Jerk: Ale-infused turkey breast roasted and sliced fresh daily, with our pub made jerk sauce and our featured local cheese. – 8.

Grilled Turkey & Pesto: Ale-infused turkey breast roasted and sliced fresh daily, with pesto mayo, tomatoes, and our featured local cheese. – 8.

Grilled Ham and Cheese: Carmelized onions, rosemary bacon, ham, our featured local cheese, and our own pub mustard. – 8.

Grilled Spinach & Roasted Peppers: Our featured cheese, sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers, and pesto mayo – 7.

Add rosemary bacon to any of the above – 1.

 

BURGERS

All burgers are charbroiled with our ale-infused mix of herbs and spices.

The Purist: Half-pound burger grilled to your liking with field greens, fresh tomatoes, red onion, parsley mayo, and spicy beer mustard. Served on a local fresh roll. – 7.50.

Philly Cheeseburger: “The hospital on the hill” is on the speed dial for this baby!  A departure from our usual “healthy fare.”  A little something for the adventurous, our ale-infused burger grilled to your liking with sautéed onions and peppers, mixed with our beer cheese sauce. – 9.

Bleu Jerk Burger: Half-pound burger grilled to your liking with bleu cheese, our homemade jerk seasoning, rosemary bacon, field greens, fresh tomatoes, red onion, parsley mayo, and spicy beer mustard. Served on a local fresh roll. – 9.

Add Ons: Sautéed onions, roasted red peppers – 0.50 each.  Rosemary bacon, goat cheese – 1 each.

Burger Preparation:
Rare – red cool center; Med Rare – red warm center; Medium – pink hot center; Med Well – slightly pink center; Well Done – broiled throughout.  Consuming raw or undercooked meat can be hazardous to your health.

KIDS MENU

Also for the kid at heart, an adult portion is an extra – 2.

Kids Grilled Cheese Sandwich: Just what it says!  Local cheese grilled on our multi-grain bread.  Served with a small pile of corn chips and a pickle. – 3.50.  Add rosemary bacon – 1.

Kids Hot Dog: Almost as good as at the ballpark!  A grilled hot dog served with a small pile of tortilla chips and a pickle. – 4.

Kids Mac & Cheese: Homemade mac and cheese just the way mom makes it! – 4.

Kids Burger: Quarter-pound burger with our local featured cheese.  Served with a small pile of tortilla chips and a pickle. – 4.50.
