Mark your calendars for Sunday November 12th at 6 pm! If you have yet to experience one of our Knife and Barrel beer dinners, now’s your chance. This is the third installment, both prior Knife and Barrel events sold out and the most recent dinner in August left many happy patrons asking when the next one would be. Chef Tom and our kitchen staff once again did an excellent job with this pairing menu.
Tickets are $50 each and are available at the brewpub, and there are only 40 seats available. This Knife and Barrel dinner is featuring a sneak peak of our Rum Barrel Barleywine, aged for 12 months in rum barrels, then conditioned in the corked and caged 750 ml bottle, and Knife and Barrel patrons will be permitted to purchase bottles to take home at the conclusion of the dinner. The official release date of the Rum Barrel Barleywine is Thursday, Nov. 16th.
