We started with a big, malty, nut brown ale recipe and added about 30 lbs of local maple syrup. It has a nice brown color, medium body/mouthfeel, and a hint of maple in the aroma and flavor. $1 from every pint sold will be donated to the Montour Preserve. 6.9% ABV
